Manatee Rehab and Florida Wildlife Internship ZooTampa

Spent four months working with West Indian Manatees, American Black Bears, Florida Panthers, Red Wolves, Striped Skunks and native Florida aviaries. I conducted behavioral observations reports, including ethograms, to assess and monitor wildlife actives. I maintenance the animal’s habitat and created enrichment to support their natural behaviors. I educated the public on Florida wildlife conservation on how to protect and preserve native species.

Training Lead Chick-fil-a

During my three years I developed and implemented training curricula for new employees and led employee orientation. I created and managed productivity quotas within the prep department to optimize workflow and maintain efficiency. Additionally, I was responsible for overseeing the performance of all trainers, conducting regular meetings to review their progress and provide constructive feedback on areas for improvement.
